Bizi Agency LLC ("Bizi", "we", "us") operates bizi.agency. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you fill out a form, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter, or use our services. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing information, and anything else you choose to tell us.
We also collect business information that is publicly listed, including business name, business phone number, business address, and publicly displayed ratings and review counts. This is the same information any member of the public can see when they search for a business, and we use it to assess whether our services are relevant before we make contact.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send technical notices and support messages, and communicate with you about products, services, offers, and promotions. We also use it to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
If you provide your mobile phone number to Bizi, you may receive SMS text messages from us related to our services, including outreach, appointment scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to carry out work on our behalf, including our CRM and messaging platform, email delivery provider, telecommunications provider, and payment processor. These third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
Some of our clients are healthcare providers. Where we handle information on behalf of such a client that is protected health information under HIPAA, we do so as a Business Associate under a signed Business Associate Agreement. In that role we use the information only to provide the agreed service, never for our own marketing, and we apply administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect it. Messages we send on a client's behalf never reference treatment, diagnosis, or clinical detail.
If you are a customer or patient of one of our clients and want to know how your information is handled, contact that business directly.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We retain your information for as long as it is needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of text messages by replying STOP.
To make a request, contact hi@bizi.agency. We will respond within the timeframe the law requires. Deletion requests are honoured except where we are required to keep a record, such as records of opt-out requests.
We use cookies where they are needed to make the site work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
