Day 1 to first held meeting
Most “install” boards end when something is booked. That is the wrong finish line.
A booked slot that no-shows is still an empty hour. We install and run an AI Sales Team until you get a held meeting: someone who showed up, ready to talk about real work. You keep the close.
This page is the calendar. Black and white. One idea at a time.
The conversion door
Start with leads you already paid for. Forms. Missed calls. DMs. Inquiries sitting in a queue.
If those doors are dry and you need more attention later, demand partners are available (LinkedIn outbound, cold email, ads, content). Attention is optional. The install is not.
What “held” means here
Held rate = Meetings that actually happened ÷ meetings that were set.
We do not sell you a booked count. We name held. If someone no-shows, recovery runs so the hour is not wasted theater.
Inbound-only setters often stop at booked. We run past booked to held.
Install calendar
Exact day numbers flex to your stack. The shape stays.
| When | What happens | Your time |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Strategy call. Qualification criteria locked. Channels kickoff. | About 60 minutes |
| Days 2–4 | AI Sales Team + workflows built. You test replies and routing. | One review pass |
| Days 4–7 | Calendar, forms, and ads paths wired into your existing system. Access shared. | Share logins / calendars |
| Days 7–14 | Live on real inbound. Tune on real threads. | Short sit-in at launch |
| Day 14+ | First held meeting window named. No-show recovery on. | Check the dashboard |
Install + run is the default offer. Not a VIP tier you unlock later.
What you keep
You keep judgment and the close. The AI Sales Team owns the path from interest to a time that holds: qualify, offer times, confirm, remind, recover quiet threads.
You do not get another person to manage after dinner. You get a system that stays on when you go back to the work.
